Having trouble uploading your bank statement? Here are a few things to check.
Check Your File Format
We only support PDF documents at the moment. Ensure you're uploading a PDF file; other formats, such as CSV, Excel, or images, will not be accepted.
Uploading Multiple Files
You can upload single or multiple documents at the same time. If you're seeing errors while uploading several files at once, try waiting for the current upload to finish before adding more.
Bank Statement Issues
We support all major banks and statement types. If your file is a PDF but still won't upload correctly, there may be an issue with how your bank formats their statements.
