If your data or categories don't look right after uploading, here's how to fix it.
Check Your File
We support all major US bank statements in PDF format. If you're uploading a different type of document or a non-PDF file, you may see incorrect results. Make sure you're uploading a PDF bank statement.
Edit Before Importing
After uploading, you can review and edit your transactions before importing them. Click the edit button to change the description, amount, or category for any transaction.
Edit After Importing
Already imported your data? No problem. Go to Transactions from the left menu, find the transaction you want to fix, and click the edit icon to make changes.
Delete and Re-upload
If something still doesn't look right, you can delete the transaction and re-upload your statement to try again.
